After 2 weeks of use, the rear red tension-clip which attaches the kickstand to the back of the case has lost its grip on the clasp. This results in kickstand position failure or hand-held position disconnection when the slightest bit of force is applied to the IPad or kickstand. I have dropped my new IPad 3 times due to this issue.
Also, once installed, the main wrap seems to pull up on the four corners, causing any screen protector to lift away at the corner this creating permanent air bubbles in the display. Not cool.
Another issue is the charging port hole. You cant. There is a clearance issue when trying to charge or sync your IPencil thru the lightening port. There is a protective snap-cover that prevents clearance. Cover has to be removed to charge pencil. This is absurd. An engineering oversight.
Shipping took a long time. The product was expensive. Coupled with all issues listed, Im disappointed in my Survivor Endurance IPad 9 case/protector.
